most small to medium sized animals -- we ship around extreme
weather and the animals health and safety is our # 1 concern.
Shipping to your nearest Fedex Hub for pickup when weather is
questionable may be the only option.  The sex of the animal needs to
be verified upon arrival, we do our absolute best to ship only
quality, healthy animals true to what is advertised, any discrepancies
must be addressed within 2 hours of arrival and we will do our best
to take care of every single customer in a fair/timely manner.  If a
return is the only option, seller will decide whether a replacement,
future credit or partial/full refund will be issued at seller's own
discretion (shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping
charges are buyer's responsibility). By purchasing one of our
animals, you agree to these terms. And we also offer airport to
airport shipping for larger animal shipments which typically arrive
